- 01Coaching is a support technique that relies on questioning to help individuals discover for themselves the answers and solutions to their problems. This approach does not tell you what to do but guides you to find the solutions that suit you best - it aims to encourage deep reflection and clarify thinking to achieve personal insights that lead to action.
- 02We are getting in touch for a Pre-Coaching Session. We take stock of the method, duration, cost, flexibility, organization over time, etc. We establish a coaching contract/agreement We meet in the office, in the company or by videoconference to explore the objective and the path to get there. We monitor progress from session to session until you are satisfied and independent. The coach usually asks a series of open and targeted questions to explore in depth your beliefs, motivations, and blockages. The goal is to lead you to analyze your own thoughts and discover answers that are already within you, rather than providing ready-made solutions. This approach promotes awareness.

It is particularly effective for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who need to make strategic decisions or develop deep thinking. It is also suitable for anyone looking for their path and with questions. Adults and adolescents. This is not therapy - there is no miracle cure but there is your ability to take charge of the situation and that is what we focus on while looking forward and towards solutions, not on the past.

- 05Results depend on the person and the complexity of the issues addressed. However, many clients begin to gain clarity within the first few sessions. The Socratic approach can reveal powerful insights quickly, while also encouraging ongoing reflection that deepens over time. Often we find: 1 question = 1 session
